Shipping

When will you ship my order?
Orders placed before 2:00PM AEST (Melbourne) are shipped same day Monday - Friday.  If you order on a weekend or public holiday it'll be sent the next business day.

Can I pickup?
Yes, you can Click & Collect from our North Melbourne warehouse. Simply choose this option on Checkout, all orders must be placed online prior to collection.

Collection times are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM.

How long until I receive my order?
Express Post takes 1 business day if you're within the next business day network, Standard Post is 3 to 5 days. These are estimates and depend on Australia Post. 

International Shipments are dependent on service and location, we can get parcels to some countries in as little as 3 days.

Free Shipping Service
Our free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $49, we send via the most economical domestic Australia Post option available to us with Tracking.

Express Post Service
Our Express Post options are available via Australia Post with tracking.

International Post Service
Our International post options include Australia Post and DHL Express which both include tracking.
